Most young people behave aggressively at times, but it is only a small amount of young people who become regular bullies.
Bullying can be done in a number of different ways
* Name calling
* Teasing
* Being attacked
* Making up stories about someone
* Being ignored and left out
If someone you know is being bullied, it may seem easier not to get involved,
BUT it poisons the whole culture of how people relate to each other.
Be positive. Make a difference.
Try to be friendly to the target to show support. Encourage them to tell someone.

TOP TIPS
1. Have a good support network of friends or families around you so that you can talk about what is going on. A problem shared is a problem halved.
2. Remember that your rights are being violated. Keep a record of the incidents that have happened and speak to someone about something to put a stop to the bullying.
